Directions: From I-35 North heading toward Round Rock, take exit 253 toward Sam Bass Rd. Turn right onto US-79 North and continue straight for 7.7 miles. Turn left onto Ed Schmidt Blvd. and continue for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Limmer Loop and continue for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto FM 1660 North and continue for 2.7 miles. Turn right onto Co Rd 133 for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Hazy Autumn Lane and go into the Flora community. Take an immediate right onto Bloomington Loop and another right onto Goldenwave Road. Take your first left onto Royal Fern Road and the Sales Center is on your right at 312 Royal Fern Road.
