Perry Homes Celebrates Grand Opening of Newest Design Studio in Sarasota
Sarasota, Fla. — Perry Homes is proud to present its newest premier Design Studio located in the vibrant coastal city of Sarasota. The debut was marked by an invitation-only grand opening celebration where attendees were treated to an exclusive preview of how Perry Homes is continuing to elevate the homebuying experience.
The Design Studio, with Interior Logic Group serving as its operating partner, offers homebuyers an immersive, hands-on environment where they can bring their dream home to life. Vignettes of spa-inspired baths and epicurean kitchens, refined finishes including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting and fixtures, and an inviting lounge area and elegant outdoor lanai are showcased throughout.
The grand opening gave guests an equally attentive experience. Upon arrival, guests received complimentary valet parking. They were then guided into the lobby where they were offered pre-poured champagne to take to the balcony to enjoy live music and mingling at the bar and the surrounding space. Elevated hors d'oeuvres prepared utilizing both kitchen vignettes were served alongside themed signature cocktails.
Guests received branded gifts to complement home living spaces, including plush white bath towels, engraved Corkcicle glasses and a luxury candle. Other thoughtfully curated gifts included a broker bonus voucher and design credit voucher.
