Perry Homes Brings Luxury Living to Solaeris, the Treasure Coast’s New Master-Planned Community
Port St. Lucie, Fla. – October 2026 – Perry Homes, one of the nation’s most trusted homebuilders, is proud to join Brookfield Kolter and partner builders to debut Solaeris, a new 3,300-acre master-planned community located west of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Brookfield Kolter hosted a celebratory event as the first public milestone for the development, which will eventually feature up to 8,100 homes across 11 discrete neighborhoods, as well as commercial space, schools, parks and more than 700 acres of preserved land. Project partners and local elected officials joined additional guests at the event, which featured renderings of the community alongside refreshments and live music.
Representing the first project approved by St. Lucie County in almost 30 years, Solaeris features a multi-generational, mixed-use design built on a firm foundation of sustainable development. The event gave Perry Homes the opportunity to celebrate their partnership with Brookfield Kolter and share in the collective enthusiasm for the region's growth.
“Solaeris allows us to bring the Perry Homes experience to one of the most exciting new communities in the Treasure Coast,” said Garrison Taska, Florida Division President of Perry Homes. “From the natural surroundings and amenities to the variety of neighborhoods, a lot of thought has gone into creating the community. The team at Perry Homes is excited to be one of the builders helping bring this vision to life.”
Ideally situated to offer residents convenient access to Interstate 95, the Florida Turnpike and world-class beaches of the Atlantic Coast, Solaeris will preserve more than 700 acres of pine and palm forest, waterways and other lush green space. The community will also feature scenic trail networks and other luxurious community amenities, offering residents seamless access to all the Treasure Coast has to offer.
“The number one underpinning of this community is preservation. We wanted to preserve as much nature as we could, and then we formed the community around it,” said Josh Long, Vice President of planning and entitlement at Brookfield Kolter Land Partners. “Solaeris thoughtfully balances nature, convenience, recreation and choice, creating a place where life can unfold for generations to come.”
