GET PRE-QUALIFIED

  • Contact Crestmark to learn what you will need for a down payment
  • Crestmark will help you select the right loan for you
  • Crestmark will educate you on the home buying process
  • Get pre-qualified

PURCHASE YOUR HOME

  • Schedule an appointment with a Sales Professional
  • Finalize your floorplan selection or select your move-in ready or under-construction home
  • Bring your pre-qualification letter from Crestmark
  • Sign the contract
  • Make your Earnest Money Payment

LOAN PAPERWORK

  • Schedule appointment with Crestmark to complete your application
  • Bring your completed loan application form
  • Any additional loan documentation needed
  • Make sure to do this within five days of your Earnest Money Contract!

LOAN STATUS

  • Within 2 weeks of completing your application, you should receive a call informing you of the status of your loan

CLOSING TIME

  • Once you receive your loan approval, review it carefully and satisfy all conditions listed so you can close on your new Perry home!
